Tour Reservation:

We advise, preferably reservations should be made 2 to 3 days prior to a Tour. We will then contact you for confirmation and availability.

  • Through our form included on the page of each Tour on our website.

 

How Reservations are Processed:

  • Reservations made directly by on the site or by email will only be considered after proof of payment.
    Until then, it will be in pre-reservation that ends 48 hours before the start of the service.
  • After sending the pre-reservation by email or through the website form, Wheels in Emotion will contact you to confirm availability and provide all the necessary information for the reservation formalization.
  • It may not be possible to carry out the Tour due to various unavailability, therefore we will not accept any responsibility or associated costs. An alternative date will eventually be suggested.
  • The durability of the tours will have to be calculated a temporal sensitivity that under normal conditions will be strictly respected.
    We, however, declare decline any responsibility for delays caused by special circumstances, such as excessive traffic, contemplative stops, and others of momentary need, as well as other situations considered unforeseen.

 

Payments:

  • Payment of the reservation (50% of the total amount of the tour) must be made through PayPal or bank transfer.
  • The final value can be settled through PayPal or bank transfer at the beginning of the tour.
  • All necessary information will be provided by email response immediately following the customer's pre-booking request.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, the same must be done by email or telephone contact until 48 hours before the start of the service.
  • There is no refund in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show on the same day.
